We all had a blast even the adults that participated in the jump.. everybody left smiling and tired it was one for the record books, they took ease off our shoulders and We could breathe and jump around with our birthday boy!! 💙❤️ Please spend your money at a safe clean And happy place! The website makes it look like it’s on par with SkyZone. Um, it is not. Feels like a work in progress, almost like they are getting ready to open but shouldn’t be open yet. A few areas were closed, apparently either for need of repair or lack of staff or both. Also, the pricing structure is quite complicated and confusing, and for what they are offering it seemed a bit over-priced. And I have to buy their girly rainbow socks for my 10 year old son because we came with the wrong trampoline socks?? Come on. However, despite all this we did have a good time and enjoyed the parts of the center that were open. I don’t think it’s necessarily a place to avoid, just go in with reasonable expectations and try not to compare it to other trampoline parks or its own website.
All the cool stuff is broken/out of service. The rock wall is gone, swing is gone, high jump wall is closed off. This place needs major repair. We were paying for 3 kids $10/month membership, but have cancelled due to the conditions. Also- it always takes FOREVER to check in. Took 23 minutes today. Okay if you just want to jump on trampolines inside.
I had my sons birthday party there a few years ago when it was Adrenaline, so I decided to have my daughters birthday there May of this year. It was great for the kids but the adult experience was nothing to brag about. So, I already knew it was expensive but I was super pumped about the birthday attendant and clean up. Wrong, I pretty much did everything from set up to clean up. I even did cutting and serving of the cake. Our attendant, was less than attending. But he was also very rude and condescending, then again he was a teenager. When it came time to ring us up I found additional charges for people that weren't even in my party and had to speak with the manager. At the end of it all I then had to ask for my daughter's free tee shirt which was told to me had to be ordered. I then had to call in twice and ask about it and said I was added to a "list" and when shipment comes in it would be mailed. It is now November and still no shirt and I won't be calling again. But remember that big group I brought in, you won't see any of our money again!!! Thanks Altitude.
This place use to be a great way to spend a rainy afternoon but the past few times I've gone it's gotten dirtier and more run down. Most of the areas are closed or broken, foam cubes and various padding are ripped or broken, and the facility consistently is filthier than the time we've gone before. Not worth the price and I won't take my kids there anymore.
