I just came for a blow out with Tracey and I have to say it has been a great experience!! She is very sweet, professional and knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. The first thing she did when I came was ask me exactly what I wanted to get done with my hair to make sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions for future appointments! Id definitely recommended getting styled by her! This salon is absolutely beautiful and clean too!
I decided to pay to have my hair done for a graduation. The woman whom I worked with was not at all friendly. I won't hold that against her for my review, because some people just are not chatters. I care more about the quality of the service. She took all but 15 minutes to curl my hair and set it. The hair did not at all hold, which was frustrating, because I got pictures immediately after the styling and my hair was not what it could have been. I did complain to the salon via phone call a few days after and I was told someone would get back to me and refund my money. I never heard from anyone. It's a bummer because this is the only place nearby in Center City. The first time I used them, I had a much better experience, so perhaps it was just the day.
Visited this weekend and the team at the salon was incredibly kind. My friend was having a terrible day, we walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit her in within 30 minutes. I truly appreciate the kindness they showed us. Thank you so much! Her hair also turned out beautiful :)
I have been coming to the blo out bar for 7+ years now and always have a great experience here. Tracey was my stylist today and she did a fantastic job and was really friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend this place and Tracey to anyone who wants their hair done!
The salon is cute and they offer same day appointments which is great. I just wasn’t that happy with my blow out as my hair was just puffy and one hour after it was even more puffy. I don’t have straight hair so it needs to be done very good and I felt kind of bad spending 50$ on this. Hopefully next time is better
