***I WOULD RATE THIS ZERO IF I COULD*** This was the worst hair experience of my life. The stylist working here is the owner so if you have a complaint, good luck. There’s no one to complain to! Overbleached my hair to the point of breakage. Gave me a color I didn’t even ask for and then blame it on the pigmentation of my hair. My hair is so fried and damaged and I’m now running around trying to fix it and spending more money. She ended up charging me MORE than she initially quoted me even though she DESTROYED my hair. When I messaged to fix it she had no compassion and never even offered to try and help. HORRIBLE customer service.
I’ve done my hair with cristal for a while before she opened her business. I have no complaints ❤️ You ask & she gives. Will tell you what works for you and what doesn’t. I recommend to anyone and everyone ‼️❤️
