I made an appointment for my daughter and I to have our hair blown out for her wedding reversal dinner. Late afternoon the day before the rehersal, I received a call to change the appointment time; this was fine. The salon knew our appointments were in preparation for a special event. A little while after the first call, I received a message canceling both appointments. I understand issues/situations come up but they should have put us in with another stylist at the salon. It's virtually impossible to find another appointment in Lancaster, PA for the next day. I wouldn't book there if you have a special event and absolutely need your hair done!
I love this salon. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and I get a great haircut every time. Highly recommended.

Everyone who works here is very friendly and kind. Dora has done my hair highlights and cut, and I receive compliments on it regularly. I came with pictures that gave an impression of what I wanted, and she executed it better than I hoped. I also appreciate that they don’t push product purchases.
Donna has been doing my hair for more than 20 years. I’ve lived all over the country and would fly in just to have Donna do my hair for me. I have tried many times over the years to find someone else for my hair to no avail. Every time I come back. I’ve grown to consider Donna, Dora, Jess and everyone who works with them as family. I live in Raleigh, NC now drive up every 3-4 months to visit my Daymaker Studios family. I LOVE DAYMAKER HAIR STUDIO!! And so will you!!
