I used to have good experiences here. However, I just had my nails done about 3 hours ago and the paint is already peeling off, some nails she only painted half of, the paint looks old and lumpy on my nails-not smooth at all, and there is paint all over my skin! Every time I get this same nail tech the job is subpar! Extremely disappointed and I do not recommend! I don’t think I will be back!
Every single staff is super friendly and is excited to work with you. I have just gotten dip designs for the first time and Raymond did an amazing job. I like how they have a student discount so I can still put away some money for college.
Made an appointment but I showed up early and there was no wait. I showed the nail technician my inspiration photo and picked the colors and he did an amazing job! Will def be back.
I have been going to Elegant Nails York for years. There are now new owners. My service today was the worst I have had. As I sat getting my nails rushed through, the technician next to me was arguing with her client how the French manicure she wanted was going to take too long. The client was told she should have come in on a Monday or Tuesday. Then she acted rudely toward the client. And my nails look horrible. There is paint on my finger tips and none on the sides of my nails. And my daughter never got her manicure, after being there for 2 hours. Never again.
The owner, and her employees are attentive, great listeners take careful care their clients nails. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and welcoming!
