I used to live around the corner from this place and would go regularly. The staff is always super friendly and I've always been satisfied with the services. I kind of loved that there was a little dog who walked around and the big space with lots of windows. They usually will offer you a complimentary drink, which I think is a really nice thing. I came in once several years ago after getting a manicure out in the suburbs for a Disney trip. They overstated their ability to do a design and I was pretty upset that I had spent all this money in a fancy place to get something I didn't like. I came to Lotus and showed them what was already on my nails and what I wanted and I swear this woman took like an hour to do two designs. She was so invested in it coming out perfectly and they really did! The charge was totally reasonable, too - maybe $20? Anyway, I come back here as often as possible. Ask for Virginia if you're the type of person who likes chatting with your nail technician, as she is just very personable and has some GREAT stories. Thanks, Lotus team!

This is my favorite nail salon in the city and I don’t go anywhere else now. They are so clean and professional - the entire staff is so talented. Samantha, the owner, is amazing. She’s the best! But everyone is wonderful. They make my nails look absolutely perfect - I love them.
You feel immediately welcomed as soon as you walk in. All the staff are very friendly and it’s a positive atmosphere. Amy was amazing! I got a wonderful pedicure and gel manicure. Even my husband had a great experience. Absolutely recommend!!!
