Love Ivy, hands down the best nail spa I have been to in decades. She runs a tight shift and never has you waiting. She is always willing to challenge a technique or style for me. She has a customer for life!
I love this place it's clean, comfortable, they're friendly, gentle, great prices, and my nails look fantastic. It was my first time there but I enjoy my experience so much I made sure to make my next appointment. I'm definitely going to be a regular I want to try all their services. We had small talk and it made the time go quickly it felt like I was there 10 mins. They're very busy so they weren't taking walk ins the day I was there so call ahead to get your spot. I went kinda basic since it was my first time just 2 colors but I've gotten compliments from a ton of people. * Edit I've seen both of them now and I LOVE it even more. I haven't laughed so much as I did at my appointment today in a long while. Definitely recommend as long as I don't lose my spot
This is by far one of the worst nail jobs I’ve had done in years. I showed the man what I wanted and got the dollar general version. He was rushing and broke off one of my natural nails in the process. He did not file them so they are uneven and somewhat lumpy. My one nail he broke and put a tip on was not filed on the side to match up. There’s an overlap. I’m disgusted he was satisfied with his work and charged me 50$. I will never ever walk back into this business!!!!! This is what I asked for and this is what I got
My daughter and I have had standing appointments every 2 weeks for the past two years and LOVE it here! I was "born and raised" in York County and have tried a lot of salons over the years, and Luminous is truly wonderful! My daughter is moving soon and will be closer to many salons, but we are still going to keep our appointments in York New Salem because the service here can not be matched. I would (and have to several friends!) highly recommend Luminous Nails!
First time coming here! Not only are the owners friendly, and did a great job! But the place is beautiful, very modern and clean. Can't wait to come again! Thank you!
