I went there with friends. We never saw any of the workers sanitize their hands or the manicure stations, even immediately after another customer used the station as we sat down. While I was getting my nails done, the woman doing my nails got up to take out the trash and did not sanitize her hands in any way before immediately sitting back down and continuing my nails. However they were able to accommodate us at the last minute.
Susan runs a top notch business. She always remembers her clients and treats everyone so well. I can’t figure out how she accommodates so many walk-ins but she does it with Grace. Best gel and dip.
Bleeding seems to be a theme in the reviews. Given that it is obviously an awful consequence of inexperience and a frequent occurrence here you should proceed with caution. The tech was rushing and rushing during the entire pedicure and I was about to ask her why given that the salon was not busy, and they were no other customers waiting. She did not slow down until after she cut me and caused me to bleed. Now at 9pm I am home with a throbbing toe, and I am trying to decide which topical antibiotic cream to apply. Which does not even take into account the hazardous nature of bleeding and other potential exposures related to implement sterilization and on and on.
I got the dip with Jennifer and it was baaaad. My nails looks like I took kids glue and put a glob on each nail. The pedicure wasn’t much better.
Worst dip powder ever. I told the boss I was unsatisfied because my simple polish was bumpy and uneven and she asked the same nail tech who didn’t know what she was doing to fix it. She just made it worse. Please do your research and go to a place with good Yelp reviews.
