I have been working with Dana as my personal trainer for a few months now in preparation for my wedding. I am extremely happy with everything One Brown has been offering. She is very flexible with my not so simple work schedule. The training sessions challenge me each time while she continues to push me to that next level. I have seen tremendous results especially because she knows exactly what I want to focus on and creates my workout specially to that. With that being said, I highly recommend the personal training program here at One Brown. I have worked with a handful of trainers over the years and I can confidently say I have gotten the best results here with dana.
Had a wonderful experience with my first facial with Erica. She listened to me, and made me feel comfortable. so relaxing. I cannot wait to go back for my next facial. Very beautiful spa. I plan to book a massage as well soon.
Beautiful spa atmosphere with convenient parking. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They have the most up to date equipment, services, and training. I have visited several other places for laser hair removal and Riva is the only spa to actually provide results. I had heard from other sources that it could take from 10-20 treatments for my desired results and with Riva I have reached them in 5.
Kristen was my esthetician. She was exceptional. This was my first experience with derma- planing and she explained the whole process to me and the benefits to having this particular facial. We discussed my skin care concerns and it was clear she is educated and knowledgeable in her field. She even took the time to look over my current skincare line and sent me home with some recommended samples. I have made a second appointment and I cannot wait !
If you're looking for a personal trainer I whole heartedly recommend Dana! I've worked with several personal trainers in the past but Dana was the best by far. She pushed me to limits I didn't think was possible but at the same time she was encouraging which gave me motivation to push through the exercises. We would do a combination of weight training and cardio. Each session was different which made it challenging. At the end I was sweaty and tired but it was so worth it!! My weight is down and my energy levels are up!
