The one star’s for the service. Today, I went in for hair coloring. They started from 12pm until 8 pm and I showed them the effect I wanted (the pink ombré). They said they could do it, but all those hours at the salon resulted in a solid purple color close to my natural hair. I paid over $400 for this. Waste of my time and money
I don’t wanna give an star!!! The boss had been highly recommended by his staff, saying he was better at cutting short hair than anyone else. I made it clear not to cut it short, so he gave me the longest one on the bottom but the short one on the top, completely changing my hairstyle to look like a boy's head!! But before the haircut, it was clearly not communicated in this way, and he looked very professional. After finished, I looked in the mirror and thought something was wrong. When I got home, I looked carefully and finally found the problem. I am so disappointed with their aesthetics!!! He cut my hair so short on the outside and the top layer, I don't even know when it will grow back. I won't come back, nor recommend any friends to come here. The price is twice more expensive than its peers, but the quality is ten times worse!! This is a great lesson for me!
I literally couldn’t even wait to get home to post this. Sam just gave me the best haircut of my life. He’s so precise, patient. He doesn’t rush, and he cut my hair dry so I could see what it would like with minimal styling and it is amazing. I’m never going anywhere else for a cut as long as I live in the area! Vanessa does an amazing wash and massage and styled my hair beautifully afterward. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Sam is so humble, but he really is an artist. Worth every penny!
My short hair is really easy, showed the picture to the barber, it took him 2.5 hours to just cut my hair. The result is my hair is not even cut fairly, one side is lower and one side higher. I’m truly disappointed. He always do different customers at the same time, so every customer need to wait. Why should I spend more than double price, 5 times of the time to get my hair done here? And the quality is not even satisfying?
Amazing! I literally come here every week. Sam and Vanessa have mastered the art of hairstyling. Warm and welcoming. I’ve been to every salon in this area and with my thick hair it’s hard to get a solid blowout - this is the best place I’ve been to in all of philly. Worth the price. Highly recommend it . Also the hair washing with a massage is on point and included.
