Pros: great fun Bouncy house that is a city block long Friendly staff Good for ages 4-14 $30 entry if you're staying for more than 190 minutes Great for birthday parties Great for a day off school Hours are very accommodating They have food available so you don't have to leave the premises Cons: lack of tp in the bathroom Part of bouncy kingdom was not working Little kids get stuck in the foam pit 🤣 Expensive Tip: sign the waiver before entering in the line to buy tickets
It was a fun experience for my son He's already planning our next trip back since its an hour away. But i feel the only thing that needs work is better training and more engagement from the staff it got alittle better as time went on . I mean i understand its not their job to babysit other people's children but kids would keep cutting back in line and holding up the time for other children which was frustrating since you pay for the time spent there . You don't pay for each time you use equipment. I know at this point in time employers are taking what help they can get so i understand . But geeze if i was 16 and had that job id probably be more enthusiastic and out going but i forget its a new age . But other than that no complaints .
Absolutely disgusting. Men's restroom, both urinals are closed off. So, inevitably everyone is using the two toilets...and the floor is covered in bodily waste. Strongly advise wearing shoes vice letting kids run in and out with socks on. No soap in hand soap dispenser. Actual play areas are filthy. Trash and dirt everywhere. Short staffing is no excuse for the poor cleanliness. Especially in a place where kids are the primary audience.
My son has the monthly membership and I think it’s a great deal. We go weekly so it’s totally worth it. I do wish it was a little cleaner (trash in the bouncy house) but overall we always have a good experience. Mostly friendly staff. Noah in particular is always kind, keeps his station clean and orderly, and facilitates fun positive experiences for all the kids. My son follows him around to whatever station he’s at!
My son had fun, but the place was absolutely DISGUSTING. We won't be back. 1) the fact that they only give you two options for admission- 90 mins or a day pass... we got there at 4:30pm, we weren't going to buy a day pass. So we paid $37 for 90 mins. They also only had 2 working computers to use when we signed our waivers. 2) the place was absolutely FILTHY. We saw a band aid on the ground, the floors were literally sticky, and the trampolines were disgusting. There were clumps of dust on every single one, I also saw food crumbs, a crushed skittle, a TISSUE!, not to mention you could literally see the DRIED SWEAT on every single one of the mats. 3) the staff was a joke. There was a teenager monitoring the area we were in, which was supposed to be the toddler lane- he did absolutely NOTHING the entire time we were there. As a mom of a 2 year old, I did more monitoring than he did. There were big kids jumping all over the area that's supposed to be designated for smaller children and he did nothing about it. Then a mom next to us actually FELL trying to help her son and my husband had to help her get up- the employee literally just stood there. We will definitely be finding something else to do on rainy days, and I will make sure to mention our experience to any friends/family before they decide to go..
