I had an incredible experience at The Lash Lounge this weekend. The energy is so relaxing and the salon is beautiful! I got a beautiful set by Gabby. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful. She fit the set to my style and eye shape so well! She was a joy and taught me how to properly take care of my lashes! It was my first time ever getting them and I am so thankful that I had Gabby as my lash artist! I would highly recommend the Lash Lounge and Gabby. It was wonderful and I can’t wait to return!!
I had a great experience at the Lash lounge for a full set eyelash extensions with a consultation beforehand. Brooke was so professional and meticulous to ensure my lashes looked perfect. She also was so knowledgeable in educating me about after care. Lauren at the front desk was courteous and professional. They both made this experience extremely comfortable.
Had a great experience getting lash extensions with Kayla. She took her time, gave me exactly what I wanted, and my lashes look amazing!! She helped me pick out products afterwards and I couldn’t be happier with the result. All of the ladies that work there are phenomenal. Will definitely be going back in two weeks for a refill… if you’re on the fence like I was take my word and GO! You won’t regret it.
I booked my consultation with Brooke and then had my eyelashes done by Melissa and both my experiences were phenomenal. I’m currently receiving chemo treatments so anything having to go with hair is a big deal for me right now. They both made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience and Melissa offered breaks if I needed them throughout the session. I highly recommend this salon.
The application itself on my lashes were fine but the consultation was where there was a miscommunication. The stylist I was with did not properly inform me on the set I would have been getting. I had expectations for a more volume set but I look like I just was wearing mascara for the set I received. In 5their defense, I could have showed reference images for what I was expecting. But when I spoke to a senior stylist she showed me images of different sets that were from Lash Lounge and explained how the lashes are done which did not happen in my original consultation. I then reached out to the team to see if there was anything I could do and I had an appointment set up for a consultation with a Senior stylist. I asked if it was just a consultation or if I would actually be getting lashes done and I got confirmation in text that I would be able to get the lashes done. On the day of the appointment, my stylist said there would not be time for lashes and that she could try to help as much as possible with the short amount of time we had. I still ended up paying some money for the partial set I received. The staff is friendly (except for my original stylist) but just needs to be more concise and organized because it wastes clients time in the end.
