Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. This was my second time here and the first time was just as awesome! It’s a little bit out of the way but I’m lucky I had the time to make it in today! Nancy did an excellent job. My last salon that I was using out of convenience has, over time, made my nails very thin, brittle and overall damaged. I’m very grateful that Nancy took the time to take care of my nails and they look gorgeous and feel a lot better. Will definitely be retuning!

I came here for a second try on my nails, and they did amazing. They changed my opinion the first time I came in, and they did such a good job on my nails, and toes! Id like to say thank you to the Nail bar for letting me come in for a second chance! And my nails looked beautiful!

Very positive experience here. I get weird looks when getting my nails done, but not so here, staff were friendly, hospitable (I was offered tea), and struck up a casual conversation while working. I was very impressed with the gel nails I received and definitely will be coming back.

I made an appointment for a pedicure at 3:45 for today. I even confirmed my appointment through a link that was sent and the link stated my appointment was at 3:45. I got there a few minutes early, and when I checked in the receptionist said my appointment was at 4. I told her I scheduled it for 3:45 and she said I would have to wait anyway because they were backed up. I was never called or notified that they would be unable to take me during the time I scheduled. I ended up canceling because I had somewhere to be after hence why I wanted to be seen at 3:45, not 4.
Edited: The salon response is now insinuating that I didn’t call and schedule an appointment at 3:45, which I did, and I saw wrong even though I am confident the text confirmation I got originally said 3:45. I’m not thrilled with the customer service and I will not be going back.

I have been coming here for the past few months receiving wonderful manicures and pedicures. The last manicure I received was terrible and disappointing. My manicure no only chipped the next day but my cuticles are horrible looking, and don't look trimmed and by the 3rd day every nail is terribly chipped. This has never happened before. I am in the process of taking the polish off.
The salon is clean nice and very comfortable but I feel like I wasted money on this manicure.
