The owner of the salon is great at what she does. She is thorough, detail-oriented, and wants the customer to leave happy. She does it all by herself so stop by during the day on the week! She of course also will take you on weekends; I went on a Saturday. My eyebrow wax, manicure, and pedicure were all awesome. I struggled to find the right color for one of my nails and she helped me find it, and didn’t let me settle on an ugly color. Love it here!!
This place I will never go back to not only is the owner so rude she needs to learn how to talk to people. She also needs to follow protocols for cleanliness before she passes a finger nail or toe nail fungus to another customer or something else worst that can be transmitted from bodily fluids. Nothing is sterilized while assisting customers. Gloves are not taken off to handle other matters. Very disgusting my experience and that’s all I will say. Please just be careful.
Decided to try this business today as they had great high quality reviews. There was only one other customer when I arrived for my 4:00 pedicure. Despite this, I felt that the woman who conducted my pedicure was rushing me through as fast as possible all the while WATCHING A SHOW ON HER PHONE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I had hoped to find a local salon that I could call home, but was sadly disappointed. Not only was it disappointing that she conducted herself this way, but would have thought she was way beyond old enough to know better. Furthermore, I don't know why she was allowed to deliver services in this manner. Apparently, they're not interested in putting their best foot forward and hoping to retain first time clients. Also, I had absolutely no idea what I'd be charged, as there were no price lists.

I've been a customer of Pholly, Kelly and Vince since before they were in this new location. The level of respect and professionalism is top notch. Not only are they all extremely talented with the work they do, you can tell they truly enjoy it. On top of that, we always have lively and fun conversations! I always leave as a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them!
