Been a patron of this facility for years. Used all sorts of their services. This morning I had a body sugar scrub. Well, it was something like it. The girl was nice, but the actual service was a disaster. The scrub took maybe 10 minutes, the rest of the time was used to clean off the scrub from my body, with WET TOWELS! I think a shower is a more efficient solution, LOL. If you offer such a service, make sure you offer a way to clean it off without patron’s discomfort. Really disappointing! Not to mention they charged full price at the end, after saying/complaining about it! Word to the wise, you can do better!
My friend and I have gone here twice. The staff are amazing and the massages I received were some of my best ever. We actually drive from Philadelphia to go here. I plan to return regularly for maintenance. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a massage!
Went to see Sarah for a facial and she did an amazing job!!! So relaxing and my skin is looking amazing. Definitely will be coming back and would recommend her to anyone!
The place is fancy and has a Victorian look. The staff was courteous and hospitable. Now the Massage Therapist was so good. He hit every pressure point with just the right pressure!!!
Great experience and I loved how my hair turned out. This is the only place I'm gonna go in lancaster from now on I've tried so many places and this has been the best!
